Environment Friendly Facilities

a. Water Treatment Plant

Clean water is one of the most basic needs and to address this, a high quality water treatment plant will be established to provide clean and potable water to all residents of campus as per their needs.

b. Sewage Treatment Plant

Keeping with our commitment of an environmentally friendly campus, a sewage treatment plant will be built to treat all the waste water generated in campus. Part of the water will be used to irrigate the gardens and greenery, while remaining will be used to recharge the water table through latest water conservation techniques.

c. Rainwater Harvesting System

Unlike rest of Rajasthan, Kota is blessed with abundant water in form of Chambal River. However, it becomes all the more important for us to respect this blessing by conserving as much of water as possible. To this effect, elaborate Rainwater harvesting system will be developed to conserve the water and recharge the water tables as much as possible.

d. Solar Power Plant

A large campus as envisaged above will consume a lot of electricity in all the laboratories, residences, Hostels, Classrooms etc. To offset this huge consumption, campus will have a state-of-the-art solar power plant which will use large surface area of campus buildings to generate solar power as much as possible.

The solar power thus generated can be used to light-up streets& outdoors, heat water in messes and hostels etc.
