Future Plans of Expansion

SR Global University has an optimistic expansion plan for coming years; the aim is to add on few more branches in the existing school and open few more schools. The outline of future expansion plan goes this way,

a. Distance Education Institute (DEI)

The SR Global University (Proposed) will also start Distance Education Programs in all schools. These programs will offer various certificate, diplomas and degrees to students who fulfil the criteria.

The DEI will be established as per norms established by Distance Education Bureau under UGC. All norm regarding Infrastructure, Manpower, Course Delivery, Credits requirement, Study Material, IT Systems, Library resources shall be fulfilled & adhered to ensure quality learning to students enrolling in these programs.

For recognition purposes, following factors will be strengthened:

The study material to be as per the level of award for which it is prepared matches the credit worth as prescribed by the DEB.
The study material will be developed in Self-Learning Format as per DEB Guidelines
Core faculty will be hired and placed in position as per the DEB Guidelines
In case of Professional or Specific Programs norms and guidelines of the respective apex body (e.g. AICTE, BCI and NCTE etc.) will be followed and recognition will be sought as required.
Other criteria like eligibility for admission, duration of the programme etc. shall be applied as per the guidelines of the respective apex bodies
Hands-on experiences and practicalclassed will be arranged as per requirements of the program, course.
Study Centres will not be franchised and Admissions, examinations and evaluations will be managed by the parent Institution.

c. School of Pharmaceutical Sciences

The pharmaceutical sciences are a group of interdisciplinary areas of study concerned with the inorganic, physical, biochemical and analytical biology, epidemiology, statistics, chemometrics, mathematics, physics and chemical engineering and applies their study to drugs.

Today, the Indian market comprises over 25, 000 manufacturing units and according to government statistics one fifth of them make bulk drugs. Pharmaceutical sciences havecourses at undergraduate level, graduation level and also in Ph.D. It is one of the hot career options in age of technological advancement and research. Institutions and Employers are encouraging the students of this stream for research work in this area.

d. Research Programs

All Schools are envisioned with Laboratories, Libraries and Professors, which will can quickly support start of Research Programs granting PhDs. The programs will be designed following all statutory norms and which are result oriented. The programs will not only focus on awarding PhDs but will also focus on output in terms of journal papers, patents, products etc.
